Our Wedding Package

Thank you for considering our venue for your wedding! On this page, you'll see an overview of our three standard packages.

 

While each package is outlined beyond, our team will go above an beyond to meet you and your partner's unique needs. Off-site ceremonies, third-party catering, custom timelines, in-house, or third-party planning, and specality vendors are some of the many features that we are proud to offer. 

Our Classic Package

Rental Period: 

10:00 am - 100: pm

add-on hours available in the morning and evening

Capacity:

75 - 250 

average size around 165

Spaces:

Both indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception spaces avaliable. 
typically receptions take place in the Great Hall

Pricing:

Based on three aspects, (1) day of the week, (2) size of your party, and (3) month of the year, each quote is custom to your party. Inquire for details.

Inventory: 300 indoor & outdoor chairs, round tables, wooden farm tables, rectangular tables, in-door and out-door cocktail tables. Wine Glasses, Water Goblets, and Rock Glasses included with each bar package. In-house flatware, cutlery, and linens are also avaliable. 

Venue Benefits: On-site sparking, two getting-ready suites, an all-day on-site venue representative, full on-site kitchen, access to a vendor list of over 100 local vendors, and variety of in-house beverage packages. 

Typical Timeline: 4-6 hours to get ready on-site in our Bridal House, a 1 hour ceremony, 1-2 hour cocktail hour, and a 5-6 hour reception! 

Planning: A professional planner is reuqired at every wedding. This planner can either be on our Preferred Vendor's list, in-house planning, or a third-party planner that would be pre-approve by our team before your wedding. 

Catering: Similar as our planning expectations, a profesional catering team is required. They can be choose off of our Preferred Vendor's list, or be a third-party coma[ny that would need to be pre-approve by our team. 

Other Vendors: You're more than welcome to bring in third party vendors! We recommend choosing off of our Preferred Vendor's list, but with there being so many amazing vendors in our arena, this list isn't binding! All must be insured. Florals and DJ's must be approved. 

Booking: Typically we book Saturday's about a year out, however don't hestite to reach out to our team to see if we have your date avaliable!
